Public Facilities / matters in my town

One significant issue in my town is the unpleasant smell of trash in public areas, that become a daily inconvenience for residents and visitors. The problem is commonly occurred near busy and crowded places like markets, bus-stops and food stalls. Recently, while passing by the bus station, I was overwhelmed by the strong odor coming from the trash behind it. That kind of smell not only makes disappointed but also causes air pollution. In my opinion, the problem is caused by irregular trash collection and the lack of discipline about throwing trash. Moreover, it also attract the stray animals, flies , which spread diseases. All we have this responsibilities to prevent bad smell, clean and fresh in our town by packing the wet trash with plastic bags and ties with some ropes tightly, throw the certain places especially public trash bins.The government should ensure daily garbage collection, provide more bins in crowded areas, and enforce fines for littering.
